Having graduated from City University in London and worked for HSBC Markets, Nuno quit the ‘city’ to embark on his journey as an entrepreneur spanning the last 2 decades with companies in the hospitality industry, in events, a recording label with Universal Music and a marketing agency. During the last 6 years, Nuno has worked with over 150 start-ups and coached CEOs and CTOs navigating these complex times.
As a certified international coach, Nuno is also certified as a DISC Behavioral Analyst; in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-I & EQ-360); Certified NLP practitioner by Richard Bandler; Strategic Intervention Coach by Tony Robbins-Madanes; Certified Barrett Values Center I & II Consultant; Gallup Strengths Development Coach and in the Leadership Circle. Nuno is also certified by OpenExO as a consultant trainer and is a Global Faculty Member of the Singularity University.
Nuno’s focus is in empowering humans to become the leaders their businesses so urgently need, backed up by the science and experience, accumulated during his professional career. As companies presently grow exponentially and humans linearly (biologically), Nuno works with individuals and teams in mapping out the different stages of the company lifecycle to the human development needs required to scale leadership effectively.
